Al-Wasi' is the All-Encompassing — vast beyond measure in every attribute: His mercy encompasses all things, His knowledge contains all things, His provision reaches all things, and no soul's need could ever exhaust or overwhelm His capacity to give. The Quran says: 'Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing' — the vastness is always paired with knowledge, ensuring it is not an undifferentiated abundance but a precisely aware, responsive vastness. When human support fails and every avenue seems closed, Al-Wasi' is the reminder that you have not yet run out of resources — you have only run out of human resources, and what belongs to Al-Wasi' is infinitely greater than anything the people around you could provide.
